The essay critically analyzes some issues related to the innovations introduced with the so-called ‘dignity decree’, which deleted a lot of measures inaugurated with the Italian Budget Law 2018, such as the possibility of setting up “for profit” amateur sports companies and the qualification of services provided in favor of amateur sports associations and companies as continuous and coordinated contractual relationships.
Il saggio esamina in maniera critica le novità introdotte con il cosiddetto decreto dignità attraverso il quale sono state soppresse tutta una serie di provvedimenti inaugurati con la Legge di Bilancio 2018, come la possibilità di costituire società sportive dilettantistiche lucrative e la qualificazione come contratti di collaborazione coordinata e continuativa delle prestazioni rese in favore di associazioni e società sportive dilettantistiche.
