In the literaturemany approaches have been proposed to represent interdependency among critical infrastructures and their elements; these models, however, are mostly used off-line for simulations and impact analysis. In this chapter an on-line strategy for the analysis of interdependency at real time is proposed; the idea is to compose partial observations (i.e., the state of each isolated infrastructure) in order to reconstruct the overall state in a decentralized way; to this end a consensus protocol was adopted. Moreover, due to the structural lack of adequate quantitative data, the interdependency model adopted is based on fuzzy numbers, and is tune-able with linguistic information obtained by stakeholders and experts of the different infrastructures. This approach has been implemented within the FP7 EU MICIE project (www.micie.eu), considering a real case study composed of a power grid, a SCADA infrastructure and a fiber optic telecommunication infrastructure. © 2012 Nova Science Publishers, Inc. Abstract
