The research employs a multidisciplinary approach, integrating both qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the Egyptian cotton value chain. The study begins with an extensive literature review to understand the current state of the art, focusing on sustainable agricultural practices, textile industry challenges, and socio-economic factors impacting the sector. Field research includes interviews with key stakeholders—farmers, textile manufacturers, policy makers, and international buyers—to gather insights on the practical challenges and opportunities for implementing sustainable practices. Additionally, case studies from global best practices in sustainable cotton production are analyzed to identify potential strategies applicable to Egypt. The research is structured into three phases: 1. Assessment of Current Practices: Evaluation of existing agricultural and industrial methods, focusing on inefficiencies, environmental impacts, and social inclusivity. 2. Development of Sustainable Strategies: Proposal of innovative techniques for organic cotton cultivation, efficient water and pesticide use, and the adoption of advanced technologies in textile processing. These strategies are designed to enhance product quality, reduce environmental impact, and improve economic outcomes for stakeholders. 3. Implementation and Impact Analysis: Pilot projects are conducted to test the proposed strategies in collaboration with local communities and private sector partners. The outcomes are measured against key performance indicators such as yield improvement, reduction in contamination, and increased market competitiveness. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in both the quality and sustainability of Egyptian cotton. The proposed methodologies lead to a 20% increase in yield, a 15% reduction in production costs, and enhanced market access for eco-friendly products. The research highlights the critical role of stakeholder collaboration in driving sustainability
