Abstract
In the first half of the eighteenth century, in the coastal area on the Vesuvius slopes, there are numerous villas, wonderful architectures surrounded by beautiful parks, designed by the most brilliant architects and artists. The presence of these magnificent buildings in the urban fabric of the contemporary city, it has kept unchanged the sense of the connections between architecture and place through a set of significant links triggered by their formal configuration. This paper, in the multiple steps offered by a contemporary journey through the historical architecture, aims to highlight such characters, through sketches that mark the transition from visual impact to graphical suggestion, meant as judgment of the eyes in the drawingI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
