The territorial development aims to satisfy different and growing human needs: from goods production to housing, manufacturing and energetic needs. The human activities have various effects on territory, some of these make its characteristics or functions worse, other activities are able to increase them. For this reason, it is necessary a new interpretation of economical, natural and social phenomena, following a systemic approach able to reinterpret them for the dissemination of ecologically and socially sustainable economic. These principles is inspired the concept of Industrial Sustainable Area (AIS) or Ecologically Equipped Productive Areas (APEA) or Eco-Industrial Park (EIP). Aim of the work is to analyse the APEA model on national territory, in order to understand benefits of production areas managed through eco-efficiency standards and to guarantee an integrated management system of environmental aspects. Additional aim is to present economic evaluation approach on based to logical-mathematical algorithms capable to support innovative and sustainability paths for territory development e redevelopment of disused industrial districts.
